This is a 1:1 experience designed to help you shift your relationship with anxiety - moving you from living in fear, overthinking and self-doubt to a life of greater ease and presence.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll go on a journey that helps you understand why you’ve been stuck and start breaking the anxiety patterns that keep coming up no matter what you try. Through six private coaching sessions and a self-paced video course, you’ll discover how to stop battling your thoughts and start experiencing life in a new way.

Through videos and conversations, we’ll unpack the assumptions you’ve built around anxiety that are keeping you stuck. This means bringing insights into your experiences, testing them out and noticing what changes. The more you engage with this, the deeper we can go and the more meaningful the shifts become. This isn’t just theory - it’s about seeing real shifts in the way you move through life.

A Personal Invitation

For years, I struggled with anxiety, worrying, and overthinking. I tried everything - techniques, strategies and mindset shifts - all in an attempt to get rid of it. But the more I fought against anxiety, the stronger it seemed to become.

Most approaches focus on managing or reducing anxiety, treating it like an enemy that needs to be controlled. But what if anxiety isn’t actually something we need to fix?
