Hey there, Paul here. I'm really sorry that you're struggling with feeling anxious, worry, panic attacks or anything similar. I've been in the depths of living in a constant state of fear, always worrying and just waiting for something to go wrong so I have some sense of what you're going through.
On this page I've shared a range of resources to help you explore anxiety like I did. It really frustrates me that much of what is shared around anxiety is either just about coping a bit better. I didn't want to 'cope' or 'manage' things in my life, I wanted real peace, calm, freedom and joy in my life. And that's what the resources below are all about, inviting you to go on a journey of exploration so that you can see anxiety from a different perspective.
See which resources stand out and just be open and curious about what is shared. I truly hope these resources help you find the inner peace you're looking for.
